Why, and on what basis

To tell you when Poumi launches. The legal basis is your consent, confirmed through the link you receive by email. You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link.

Where the data goes

To Brevo, a French provider, on servers located in the European Union. The data is never sold or passed to third parties.

For how long

Until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after the last contact.

Children's data

This site collects no data about any child. Processing tied to using the plush will be covered by a separate policy, published before the product becomes available.

Analytics

Plausible Analytics, cookie-free and without personal data, hosted in the European Union. No advertising tracker is set.
